Resort Cancelation Policy

• • If boooking get cancelled before 30 days prior to the checkin date then full amount will be refunded with the deductions of 3% percent bank charges

• • If booking get cancelled before 15 days prior to the checkin date then 75 % of the total advance paid will be deducted & rest balance of 15 % will be refunded if the advance is paid in full amount.

• • if the booking get cancelled after 15 days prior to the checkin date , Then full retention will be charged . Booking will be treated as NO-SHOW .

• • If the booking get cancelled at last minute Then full amount will be charged

• If guest did not arrive on checkin date , Then the booking will be treated as NO-SHOW .No Cancelation will be allowed .Full Retention will be charged .
